As Founder & CEO of 18GYM Romania, he has led the development and nationwide expansion of the brand into a network of more than 50 fitness locations across Romania.
His experience includes business strategy, capital allocation, network development, operational management, brand building and the creation of scalable business models. Through ROTBAV Capital, Vlad applies this entrepreneurial and operational experience to long-term investments across real estate, energy, sports and football, health and wellness, and financial markets.
